Premium domestic appliance manufacturer Miele will further seal the brand’s trusted long life expectancy with its newly launched Miele Service Certificate.
Laura Bustin, Service Product Manager at Miele, comments: “We have been working with a third party insurance company to underwrite the risk beyond the guarantee period, but as of March we are supporting the extra cover ourselves.”
The new Miele-backed Service Certificate will offer customers warranty cover for either five or 10 years, including the manufacturer’s guarantee, and will be funded and administered by Miele. All warranty claims will be process within 28 days and will be followed by the issuing of a Service Certificate and a welcome letter from Miele.
To kick start the new scheme Miele are offering free five and 10-year warranties across a selection of its washing machines, washer/dryers and tumble dryers.
