Flueless fires incorporate the latest gas fire technology and do not require a chimney or flue to operate. Instead, the combustion gases pass through a catalytic converter system, positioned at the top of the appliance. This is so effective that the air coming out is cleaner than the air going in. They are perfect for a flat wall and provide instant warmth. All that is required is connection to the natural gas supply which is delivered to the fire via a standard 8mm pipe coupled with adequate ventilation and attention being paid to the minimum room size requirement.

Smeg has ensured the highest standards of safety throughout with all fires incorporating an Oxygen Depletion Sensor which cuts off the gas supply to the fire in the event that oxygen levels in the room fall below a specified level.
