Aeon’s head of design, Saffet Kalender, says: “With Siesta we have taken a very modern twist on what is a design classic. Rather then even spacing of the ‘rungs’ all the way through the design, we have created three separate sets of ‘rungs’. We have also flattened and elongated the front surface of each ‘rung’ to make the most of the brushed satin finish stainless steel from which the radiator is made. These are also bowed outwards slightly towards the centre, creating a very soft and elegant feel to this new design.”

Siesta is available in three sizes ranging in height from 1,990mm to 1,060mm. Available in electric, hot water and dual fuel variants, Siesta features either 29, 21 or 17 elements or ‘rungs’ depending on the model chosen. Heat output ranges from 724 watts to 1,245 watts.

The design is very versatile, being ideally suited to use as a towel warmer radiator or as a contemporary decorative feature in its own right.
