The Midas genuine stone radiator from Aestus
Published:  08 November, 2007

The Midas radiator, part of the new Elements collection of genuine stone radiators from Aestus, is the latest addition to the designer radiator and heated towel rail manufacturer’s product portfolio.

Aestus is renowned for specialising in the use of stainless steel to create innovative and beautiful designer heating products but, in a break from the norm, Aestus has launched Elements which includes two models, Midas and Echo. Both are designed to offer a refreshing alternative to stainless steel and other ‘industrial’ materials and are ideal for those who prefer more organic, natural surroundings.

Midas features a simple rectangular design which ensures the beauty of the granite from which it is manufactured is not lost. Fifteen different stones are available including Labradorite granite which is a predominantly brown stone with hues of blue and gold that flicker when the light hits resulting in a beautifully attractive addition to the room. Other stones include Amadeus (grey/black), Black Marinace with a distinct pebble effect, and Verdi Inca which has a beautiful green hue.

Midas is offered in vertical and horizontal versions. The vertical Midas measures 1800mm high and is available in three widths; 300, 450 and 600mm and the horizontal version measures 600mm high and widths range from 600mm to 1800mm. An optional fixed rail in brushed stainless steel is available to make Midas a practical addition to the kitchen or bathroom.
