Old fashioned charm with modern benefits from Carron Phoenix’s Belfast sinks
Published:  08 November, 2007

Keeping pace with the trend for ceramics, the single bowl Belfast sink from Carron Phoenix sink combines good old fashioned charm with a key design improvement more suited to modern day usage.

Rather than an open channel overflow, traditionally projecting out at the side of the sink, the Carron Phoenix model features a modern round overflow that is seamlessly incorporated. This removes any awkward internal corners and allows the full use of the spacious bowl area that measures 525mm x 395mm x 225mm deep. It also eliminates a dirt trap and the risk of little hands and small objects getting stuck in it. The Belfast sink is available with or without the tap ledge.

All Carron Phoenix ceramic sinks are manufactured by the traditional method of clay fired at high temperature giving a lustrous glazed surface that is hard, non-porous and very easy to keep clean. Carron Phoenix’s offer includes traditional Belfast single or double bowl models and the modern ceramic range, including the Shonelle, Solaris and Classic ranges.
