Easyquote offer Cost Saving Solutions Contract Specialists

Over the past 18 months we have seen the Contracts market as the biggest growth area in the KBB sector requiring management software. Easyquote provides solutions to many of the country’s leading Contracts specialists who manufacture and supply for new build, refurbishment and Social housing contracts.

The company can launch the CAD system and, using an XML link, then brings across the customer’s details and assigns a plan reference number.

Once the plan is complete both the plan and rendered graphics are filed in a dedicated customer folder within the Easyquote Customer database. Account details, discount rates and special terms are applied to the quotation which is produced in a matter of minutes

The quotation, together with detailed descriptions and JPEG images, is then produced for each house type. Site summaries are created with detailed breakdowns of options and special terms relating to a particular site.

Easyquote will then place purchase orders with suppliers, allocate stock or provide cutting lists or link with CNC machinery.

The project can then be managed through the powerful project management and scheduling interface through to completion and reports produced.
