Ideal Standard, a leading provider of innovative, design-driven bathroom and kitchen solutions introduces its new Daylight collection combining ceramic sanitaryware with modular furniture. Designed to organise and arrange core bathroom spaces, Daylight is welcomed by retailers for its wide consumer appeal and versatility particularly in situations where design possibilities and storage space are limited by a small bathroom area.
The collection includes a washbasin in five different sizes, a mirrored cabinet, plus a choice of nine furniture items such as tall side cabinets in three alternative colours. There is a choice of sophisticated optional extras including a hairdryer holder, expandable towel holder and a separate cosmetic waste container.
Daylight’s intelligent design results in maximum storage volume when side cabinets are connected to a base cabinet or tall cabinet creating a ‘level bridge’. This new design concept generates added opportunities for space.
Further innovation includes the washbasin’s rectangular external shape that blends softly into the inner bowl, complemented by an invisible and automatic overflow system – Ideal Flow – removing the need for an ugly overflow hole but empties when water levels are reached. In addition, a crescent-shaped tap ledge provides additional space on each side of the fitting.
