Miele were pleased to play host to the latest KBB sales course which took place at its prestigious Experience Centre showroom in Abingdon on 5th September. The Experience Centre has often hosted industry events, and has a wealth of presentation facilities, training rooms and a ‘live’ kitchen making it a very popular venue.
16 KBB delegates including designers from Poggenpohl and Bulthaup attended the full day’s sales course, which is tailored specifically to the needs of the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom industry. The course covers the basic selling steps, communicating features and benefits, understanding consumers buying motives, negotiation, body language and the “Wow” factor.
The itinerary has been developed, and is presented by, Graham Hayden who was Managing Director and CEO of the KBSA for 10 years. Since commencing in April 2006 over 100 kitchen and bathroom delegates have attended the KBB Sales Course, and have given the day a glowing report.
