Vivario: an attractive solution to the wall unit challenge
Published:  01 August, 2007

Hettich’s new Vivario flap fitting system promises major aesthetic and ergonomic benefits for wall cabinets in a wide range of widths and heights. The three Vivario solutions cover the main wall unit challenges which can be thrown at a kitchen designer.

Vivario HS allows the whole cabinet front to be lifted above the unit in one piece. Vivario HF is a fold-fit option, which permits the use of a two-piece vertical lift flap in full-height wall units where space above is limited. It also provides a solution where contrasting cabinet front materials, such as a high gloss solid-colour combined with framed glass, fulfill the design brief. Vivario HK caters for low wall units: a one-piece flap which pivots from the top edge of the cabinet provides a neat solution where there is limited height above the cabinet.

The integration of Hettich’s Silent System soft-close feature gives Vivario a feel of quality and sophistication, with virtually inaudible closure, and this is complemented visually by the aluminium finish of the fittings.
