Esse, the 155 year old masters of the cast iron range cooker have developed a 35,000 Btu version of their best selling, class leading, ultra efficient and environmentally friendly alternative to oil and gas, the ‘Woodfired’ cooker.
The ‘Woodfired’ has two capacious ovens and a large, ‘easy slide’, dog bone shaped hotplate. Its firebox benefits from Esse’s unique patent pending ‘Afterburn flame jet technology’, which enables fuel to be burnt more efficiently and slowly thus creating minimal levels of ash and carbon deposits.
The new 35,000 Btu is so carbon efficient that its subject to only 5% VAT.
The Woodfired will provide your home with domestic hot water and central heating for approximately eight average sized radiators. A summer setting, which reduces the output down to 12,500 Btu, means that the cooker will provide you with all the domestic hot water you could want without having to have the central heating on in the warmer summer months.
