Leading German glassed steel bathroom basin manufacturer, Alape, is once again at the top of its field having launched ‘Inside’ and ‘Metaphor’.
INSIDE
‘Inside’ is a floor standing basin with push open storage, making its use ideal for wet hands, while its compact design is perfect for minimalist bathrooms.
Available in two sizes (704 w x 464 l x 900 h) and (600 w x 268 l x 900 h) The larger version of ‘Inside’ boasts an innovative integrated drawer with 4 compartments while the smaller one offers integrated shelving with 3 adjustable glass shelves. The basin measures 330mm wide x 200mm long in this more compact model.
All versions are available with storage to the left or right, with a polished stainless steel handrail positioned at the opposite end. These creative designs make use of valuable space that is otherwise lost, providing a functional and modern washplace.
The minimalist and innovative ‘Inside’ would make a trend-setting addition to any modern bathroom - concealing all plumbing entirely, it ensures a seamless design. With flexibility for wall or basin mounted taps, the washplace combines a unique aesthetic with the flexibility for use in a variety of bathroom sizes and spaces.

METAPHOR
The new floorstanding wash station combines an attractive and capacious basin made from glassed steel with storage, shelving and a towel rail. Alape’s latest product release combines furniture and sanitaryware and would make a funky addition to any modern bathroom; but would be most suitable for those who desire the latest trends and cutting edge designs.
Measuring 1000mm wide x 900mm high x 375mm deep, the sit on basin rests on the furniture made from American Oak for its strength, durability and beauty. The functional ‘washstation’ has push open doors and drawers ensuring that the wettest hands can open or close the unit by simply ‘pushing’ with an arm or leg.
In addition, Metaphor offers an optional glass tray that sits onto the edge of the basin for additional storage space.
Metaphor is available with the basin positioned to the left or right with the towel rail fitted accordingly. The unit conceals all plumbing entirely, ensuring a seamless design.
