Metris by PWS has been awarded the Designer Magazine’s 2009 Gold Award for product innovation for its contemporary, ergonomic curved kitchen system. Barry Stubbs accepted the award from architect and TV presenter George Clarke, host of the awards ceremony at Lord’s Cricket Ground on 6th October. Over 350 invited guests were brought together to witness the event - a ‘who’s who’ of the kitchen industry and media.
The renowned Design Awards celebrate and reward products that demonstrate real innovation and highlight the vital role of kitchen designers and manufacturers in driving innovation in the home, with a specific focus on kitchens and bathrooms.
