The International Surface Fabricators Association (ISFA) is proud to announce that Interfab has earned certification as an ISFA Certified Professional fabricator and installer of solid surfacing products.
"In most cases the difference between an acceptable job and a truly professional installation is the fabricator who builds the countertops," said Russ Lee, executive director of ISFA. "By becoming an ISFA Certified Professional, Interfab demonstrates to the world its commitment to providing the best possible countertop purchase experience. That translates into peace of mind for the customer."
ISFA certification requires qualifying companies to submit proof of insurance and all applicable licenses, copies of contracts and other legal documents used in the course of business, and a detailed customer complaint procedure. Candidates must also agree to abide by the ISFA Code of Ethics, as well as submit to an annual audit of their business procedures.
