Carron Phoenix re-interprets the popular 1.5 bowl style with the new Isis 155
Published:  09 October, 2009

Carron Phoenix has launched the Isis 155 sink model which offers a visually interesting, and arguably more ergonomic, design take on the popular 1.5 bowl style in its premium Isis inset range.

With the Isis 155, the half bowl sits on the outside of the sink as opposed to the conventional position between the main bowl and drainer. A gently profiled ledge sits neatly above the half bowl which allows the tap to be positioned more to the left serving both sinks, while giving the advantage of clear, unbroken working space over the main bowl and draining board to perform the usual kitchen sink tasks.

Neil Clark, sales and marketing director at Carron Phoenix, says: "One and half bowls are the most popular sink option and in the spirit of choice, the

Isis 155 has been developed to offer the same ergonomics but with a different flow that will cater for the design and functional preferences of some users."

The Isis 155 is available left or right handed and suits a 600mm cabinet. The main bowl measures 360 x 420 x 200mm and the half bowl 170 x 320 x 130mm. The Isis range is one of Carron's Phoenix's premium designs featuring a low profile perimeter that sits almost flush with the worksurface. The range offers a comprehensive choice of models catering for a wide range of user needs. These include the single bowl Isis 100; the 1.5 bowl Isis 150 and Isis 155, the 1.75 bowl Isis 175 and the 2.5 bowl Isis 250. All Carron Phoenix sinks come with a lifetime guarantee.
