Geberit has launched the S bend - a simple and cost effective solution for the conversion of bathrooms from traditional floor standing WC designs to the modern and stylish wall-hung look.
The S bend allows this transition without the upheaval and expense of having to move existing drainage connections. Compatible with Geberit's Duofix WC frames for wall-hung sanitary ware, the S bend has been designed to connect to the existing drainage outlet situated in front of the new WC, thus saving time and money by avoiding unnecessary building work.
At a depth of 72mm, the new S-bend has an ultra-flat profile enabling it to be installed below floor level with minimal adaptation work required. The flexible length of the S-bend also allows on-site adjustment between 14.5 and 34.5cm.
The installation of wall hung WC's is becoming increasingly popular in both commercial and domestic applications and provides an easily cleanable and hygienic alternative to traditional floor standing toilets.
