James has been with the company for 15 years, most recently as International Data Manager, so has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Planit Fusion brand. James played a key role in developing the latest version of the Fusion software, version 16, and is helping to pioneer groundbreaking developments on version 17, to be launched next year.
In his new role James will be responsible for defining the features for future Fusion software and overseeing their implementation. Key to the company's success is its commitment to listening and reacting to customer feedback, in order to make tangible improvements and developments to the software.
