The implementation of a new series of lean manufacturing principles and processes and two best practice cells within their production facility has also further enhanced unit quality, productivity and efficiency.

Historically, Mereway Bathrooms' cabinets are made to short lead times, but the culmination of these activities has further improved the high standard of customer service support provided by their production and sales teams. This has benefited customers, with complete and on time delivery, consistent world class standards and a new reduced lead-time of 5 working days.

As part of their new product launch for 2009 Mereway Bathrooms are proud to announce the opening of their newly refurbished onsite showroom; featuring 7 newly fitted displays.

Their newly refurbished show van, completed at the same time, displays new Strada White, Java Driftwood, Sargasso Walnut and Light Oak furniture as well as Synergy in Aura, Mini Brisa and Solana designs in Black, White Gloss and Red Silk door finishes. Brassware and ceramics are also featured. Both the showroom and show van provide invaluable opportunities for retailers to see the styling and feel the quality of the products first hand and receive practical sales training on the ranges.

New Range Overview

Aptly named, Mereway Bathrooms fitted furniture collection Infinity provides endless styling and planning possibilities as it offers a wide range of cabinet widths and depths, perfect for creating storage and designing around awkward spaces.

With a wide choice of styles and finishes, Infinity gives designers the freedom in which to combine finishes with tones to create a desired theme or mood within the bathroom. This year saw the introduction of 5 fresh new door styles as well as a selection of new cabinet, such as the 45º corner unit, to fit small, quirky spaces to name but a few.

Their Synergy freestanding furniture range has also been expanded and now offers greater flexibility in that the units are now available without the basins, allowing customers to design and plan extra units side by side to create newly desired shapes and sizes to suit. In addition, a fabulous new wall hung midi unit has been included in the range with a choice of solid or mirrored door for extra storage.
