The properties of BNL plastic bearings are perfect for water related applications as they are chemical and corrosion resistant, a lot quieter than metal equivalents and ensure a smooth gliding movement for enclosure doors. Additionally, the techniques used in the moulding of plastic parts allows for different components to be integrated and moulded into one assembly. This not only reduces the part count and cost of the final product but can reduce installation time by replacing screws and bolts with ‘snap-fit' features.
BNL solutions range from complex fully adjustable pivot assemblies with features such as twin-shot moulded wheels, plated caps and decorative solutions, to simple wheel runners with brass inners.
