Duravit offers room division potential
Published:  08 May, 2009

Launched at ISH four new designs from Duravit's 2nd Floor range create new possibilities in the bathroom. Now, the washing area does not have to be fitted against a wall. Positioned at 90° to the wall, the vanity unit console measures 158 cm, has four drawers and can be combined with one or two consoles or built-in washbasins with an illuminated shelf at the back. The water and power outlets cannot be seen and the inlets and outlets can be fitted in the furniture at the factory if required.

A matching mirror system is available: one or two mirrors are mounted on a white ceiling panel and suspended from above, The mirrors are lit and can be adjusted to the user's taste and mounted at any height between 2.30 and 3 m (90 1/2" and 118 1/8") with swivel action to provide desired lighting for the face.

Rounding off the range is a double-sized tall cabinet measuring 1 m in width featuring a sliding mirrored door and interior lighting. Available in a new high-gloss white finish Duravit's 2nd Floor means the entire bathroom can be perfectly coordinated for a consistent color scheme.
