Ergonomically designed kitchens that work in harmony with the body are incredibly in vogue in 2009. Helping independent retailers create perfect curves in the kitchen, Uform has introduced new Quadrant style doors to its most popular Kitchen Stori ranges. The Quadrant door is curved round a corner so can be used to soften the end of a run of units or make an island unit stylishly curvy.
These curved feature doors not only add extra exciting design possibilities, but are also particularly practical for those with small children, as their smooth ergonomic design lessen any damage that might otherwise be caused by sharp protruding corners. Curved doors are usually restricted to the realms of bespoke cabinetry because of the complex and time consuming processes required during construction. However, Uform's specially developed cutting edge technology brings the luxury of the curves to independent kitchen retailers, providing the option of stylish, sleek curvy doors without the expense of going bespoke.
The Quadrant door is currently available on the Clonmel, Dante, Ultra High Gloss (715 x 320) and the Iona (739 x 320) collections with the remaining Avonlea and Tara arriving soon.
