The ‘Woodfired' has two capacious ovens and a large, ‘easy slide', dog bone shaped hotplate. The firebox has enough capacity to accept logs up to 45 cm in length and can keep the ovens and hotplates at operating temperature for over12 hours.

The fire box benefits from Esse's unique patent pending ‘Afterburn flame jet technology'. This enables fuel to be burnt more efficiently and slowly, creating such minimal levels of ash and carbon as to necessitate ash removal on just a monthly basis!

This easy to use cooker comes in three models; cooker only £3,845; cooking / domestic hot water £4,080 and cooking / domestic hot water / heating (23,000 btu) £4,155.
