Moores take strategic step into retail kitchens

In a strategic move, Moores, a highly successful part of the $12b, Fortune 500 Masco Corporation, has entered the independent retail kitchen market, acquiring some product stock from PWC who is managing The Bernstein Group through administration. Under the terms of the deal Moores will be able to use the Four Seasons and Lifestyle brand names.

Moores is the acknowledged market-leading supplier of kitchens to both the private and public sector housing markets.  The company has a proven pedigree and an enviable reputation for quality, service and supply capability as well as a proven track record for product innovation and customer satisfaction built up over the past 60-years.

Moores has a significant and growing presence in the independent retail sector delivering outstanding service for many years, successfully developing an extensive network of Shades bathroom furniture retailers. Moores also supplies other high street retailers such as the John Lewis Partnership.
