A major nationwide distributor of quality fittings for the UK fitted furniture industry has been formed by the linking together of Bristol-based Lord Distribution Limited and Glossop-based OML Limited.
The new company, to be known as LDL, will be launched on 1 March 2009 and is headed by joint managing directors Matthew Lord and Simon Ogden, founding managing directors of Lord Distribution and OML respectively.
Operating from their current premises in Bristol and Glossop, the two companies will be known as LDL South and LDL North. Together they create a major nationwide supplier for the UK market, offering a unique product range and unrivalled service levels. In terms of product range, LDL specialises in quality products for the premium end of the market and is the main UK distributor offering BLUM, PEKA and Wesco ranges under one roof.
The company also offers nationwide next day delivery as standard, subject to the order value.
A brand new catalogue detailing the entire product range will be available in March 2009 and a new, interactive website will also follow shortly.
