Contrary to the saying "water and wood don't mix," Germany's largest parquet manufacturer HARO has proved that it is certainly possible - introducing a new special flooring for barefoot areas. The parquet range offers five special wood species that brave the humid conditions. Merbau, jatoba, oak, smoked oak and African oak feature an enhanced moisture resistance due to their low shrinkage and swelling potential.
