Bellissimo has launched the first handle-free design available in the UK on a vinyl-wrapped kitchen cabinet fascia. The Saturn range includes 26 gloss and 20 matt colour and woodgrain options and can be made in bespoke sizes. It is also possible to specify woodgrains in vertical or horizontal format.
True handle-free doors have, until now, been the preserve of more expensive fascias. Unusually, it also offers the complete handle-less style even where there are integrated appliances.
The new design is compatible with soft-close drawers. Where a metal handle has previously been attached to the top of a vinyl fascia to give a handle-less appearance, the handle has restricted the use of soft-close mechanisms, particularly on narrower drawer widths.
In Bellissimo's new handle-less Saturn fascia, the handle recess is created at the top of the door, where it is hidden from sight by the work surface. The chosen finish continues seamlessly into the recess, so when the door is open, it still looks great. The doors are 22 mm thick rather than the standard 18 mm, which gives an extra feeling of quality.
