Victoria & Albert announce big build-in bath promotion

Usually best known for its freestanding baths, specialist manufacturer Victoria & Albert has announced reductions of over 20 percent on its Freedom baths from January 1 2009. Made from naturally white QUARRYCAST®, a unique material rich in volcanic limestone, the three Freedom models share a common super-deep 478mm bathing well and can be built into just about any surround.

"Our market feedback shows that people will spend on bathroom remodelling if they understand that it is an investment. With an entry point now at under £600, the promotion extends the accessibility of our baths without losing any of the brand's cachet," commented Marketing Manager Jonathan Carter. "It is great news for consumers and our approved retailers, who can offer a package around the high value bath, including tiles, brassware and installation services. Looking to the future we have a number of exciting new rimless models which will be launched at the ISH Frankfurt exhibition in March 2009."
