Paul's view is that with many distributors wanting a slice of all sections of the market companies like BBD who are solely interested in supporting their customers will enjoy growth in any economic market.

"We are very lucky to have, in the main, a fantastic customer base who recognise that we always try and go the extra mile for them and add value to our association with them.

All of us at BBD know that we don't always get it right but we really do want to give good service and hopefully we learn from our mistakes. We don't wish to be price fixated, but our policy is always to match like for like any price if a customer would prefer to buy from us.

Another plus is that we only use our own transport which enables us to control our logistics and keep our customers informed regarding their deliveries.
