Boasting the level of specification normally associated with five star hotels the latest private residence to be developed by Iconic Properties has utilised a number of bespoke glass installations by D R Services.
The company has supplied and installed individually detailed shower enclosures as well as glass doors for the conversion of the substantial home in a listed Nash Terrace in Regent's Park.
The dressing room areas to the showers have stonework with deep chamfered joints matched with 6 mm sand-blasted stripes on the specially sourced, low iron safety glass
Machine polished and anti slip Italian stone trays have used an inward sloping threshold detail derived from D R Services' own shower tray designs preventing water leaking into the room.
While the gymnasium door is clear, the steam room and shower doors are sand blasted to provide privacy, however D R Services left horizontal pencil lines of clear glass on one side of these doors affording privacy by low density grit blasting of the opposite face. The stainless steel door hinges and handles have a polished finish on the inside matching the deluge shower head and other fittings while the outside surfaces present a brushed finish.
