Scottwood of Nottingham bespoke kitchens
Published:  02 December, 2008

Scottwood's craftsmen and designers are renowned for creating unique ergonomic pieces with a wide range and huge choice of design innovations to make each kitchen extra special.

Our clients want the best and we use only quality, durable woods that give longevity and timeless elegance. Wood is fashionable, especially in a traditional style property. Most timbers, including oak, walnut, cherry, wenge and maple are suitable for use in a kitchen and as long as they have been lacquered, making them resistant to moisture they will last for years.

For painted kitchens, Scottwood work with a palette of over 3,000 colours so customers get to choose their favourite hue and also have a chance to be part of the design process. From the fine cornice detailing to the simple square panelled door inset into frames of our porcelain white painted Sherwood kitchen, our furniture is hand-crafted in an authentic traditional style.

But, for something quite different the beautifully crafted Piccadilly walnut kitchen has been designed with a creatively styled mirrored pedestal and plinth giving the air of floatation with lots of reflections. The same intricate design has been carried into the spacious dining area and the glass feature units are etched to match the swirling curtain fabrics. It is attention to detail like this that makes Scottwood stand out - just take a look.

Scottwood kitchens are available nationwide.
