Rieber's Waterstation® Cubic Sink System features a large bowl for big pots and pans (540 x 332 x 180mm), but still easily fits a 600mm base.
The consumer can work with several GASTRONORM trays at once. A two-thirds size tray fits the top level and another tray, turned 90 degrees, can also be used on the lower level. A small colander from the half bowl can be used for vegetable peelings.
Waterstation® is available in two sizes - 600mm wide 1.5 bowl, and 980mm wide 1.5 bowl with drainer. Both come with pop-up waste as standard, chopping board, small half bowl and perforated GASTRONORM container.
GASTRONORM is the standardised measurement system used in professional kitchens and the two-thirds size fits domestic combination steam ovens now coming onto the market.
