The Profi Star from Sterling is probably the most versatile undermount sink ever. It has a unique ‘stepped' wall providing a water saving lower bowl section of 365mm which is ample for general washing up, but if larger items such as oven trays are to be cleaned the upper section opens up to a generous 534mm width.
