The Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association (KBSA) held a number of regional meetings throughout the UK, which were run in conjunction with this year's BCG xl Tour. KBSA members were invited to their nearest meeting, which took place throughout September and early October.
The meetings were generally very well received and provided an opportunity for members to share the Association's short and long term future plans and to discuss any additional topical issues. Graham Ball, CEO of the KBSA, gave a presentation on the findings from the Association's recent members' survey and talked through the importance of ConsumerCare Plus and TrustMark in today's financial climate.
Graham comments: "Linking in with the BCG xl Tour was a great idea as it was a much better use of everyone's time. The regional meetings allowed us to update our members and provided an opportunity for our members to get together and network.
"We also had a stand at the BCG xl Tour which allowed us to communicate with potential members and introduce them to the benefits of KBSA membership."
The regional meetings were held at seven locations including Coventry, Twickenham and Scotland. Further regional meetings are planned for Spring 2009.
