Siemens has introduced another world first in domestic appliances: namely the world's most energy efficient tumble dryer.
New white free-standing model WT46W560GB is a condenser dryer using 40% less electricity than the lowest value energy consumption for top class ‘A'; what's more, it's ‘A' rated for the entire life of the appliance.
To achieve this proud boast, Siemens has developed sophisticated heat pump technology for a unique self cleaning system to ensure constant drying results over the appliance's lifetime. This guarantees short drying times and lower energy consumption, making it the most highly energy efficient dryer around.
Other highlights include an anti crease cycle and less ironing & low heat buttons, new specialist drying programmes for lingerie and outdoor clothing plus a new ‘Rapid Dry' 40 minute programme. The WT46W560GB forms part of Siemens's outstanding new collection of energy efficient free-standing washing machines and tumble dryers available in the UK.
