The Lightweight Network UK, a lobbying group formed earlier this year to promote the use of light weight panels over standard particleboard, is inviting interested delegates to attend its next meeting for furniture manufacturers on 16th October at the REHAU HQ in Ross on Wye.
Aiming to increase the use of the board in kitchen and bathroom applications, The Lightweight Network UK is promoting its advantages over standard wood panels, including environmental, cost, transportation and manufacturing and installation benefits.
As well as discussing the group's strategy and providing a forum at which delegates can ask questions about application and manufacturing, Hettich,
Delo and REHAU will also be giving practical demonstrations on both the REHAU (Stand M29) and Homag stands at W8 from 26-29 October at the NEC.
