The TUV SUD Product Service, an independent testing body in Germany, selected single-lever basin mixers from nine leading international manufacturers including GROHE.   Products were subjected to 40 individual tests over a comparable 20-year time scale to assess their long term mechanical wear and behaviour.

Tests showed that GROHE one hand mixers required the lowest actuation force of all the single lever mixers.  Their smooth operation from hot to cold remained consistent over the simulated 20 years of use and in the course of the long life test proved that GROHE products are indeed ‘best in test'.
