Carl Yallop has been appointed Managing Director at Avilion, Britain's largest independent brassware manufacturer, following a year-long business restructure programme implemented by Steve Cole, who is promoted to Business Development Director over the portfolio of ventures under Avilion's holding company.
Steve Cole commented: "My task has been to establish the structures and processes required to take Avilion to the next level. The past few years have seen the company expand impressively and I believe Avilion is now stronger than ever, with the right people in place to continue growing and developing.
"Formerly Operations & Manufacturing Director, Carl Yallop was the obvious candidate for the new role as Managing Director, allowing me to take a step back to work on overall business development for Avilion.
