VADO go forward in a diversifying market
Eurobath International rebrand for 20th anniversary

June 2008 marked the 20th Birthday of Eurobath International Limited.  As with many companies, the onset of a milestone birthday gave us the opportunity for reflection! Many changes have taken place within Eurobath since we started trading 20 years ago as an importer and distributor of bathroom products from Europe, including baths. We feel that the Eurobath name no longer represents what we do as a manufacturer of brassware who sells products all over the world. As of the 1st August we are changing our name to VADO.

Richard Walker, VADO Chairman maintains: "With 30 years in the bathroom industry I continue to enjoy working with the same level of energy and motivation as always. One of the biggest motivators is listening to customer feedback and responding in a dynamic fashion made possible by our flexible nature and genuine want to please the customer.

As part of our continuous change, Eurobath has consolidated its portfolio's under one brand; VADO. We will now refer to ourselves & trade as VADO. Eurobath remains as the legal entity and there are no changes in ownership, management and service levels. Everything that is great about us remains exactly the same!

We have identified what makes us who we are in the eyes of our customer. The strong common thread cited by our existing customers is high service levels delivered in a professional and personable manner. Our customer's value being looked after by a family firm who care and do whatever it takes. In working with VADO it's a personal experience that is reliable, enjoyable and cared for."

VADO is a Latin word meaning ‘to go forward' which closely represents the ethos of our company personality. In addition to this name change the Il Bagno name will cease and will be known as VADO V. The reasoning behind this name is: V is for VADO and it is also the Roman numeral for 5; as VADO V will represent our 5 star ranges.

With the new brand and direction we have completely redesigned our literature to reflect this important change. Our front covers are of a lifestyle nature and feature people related to our company, to maintain the personal experience. Both brands (VADO and VADO V) will have 2 supporting catalogues; a consumer catalogue which is aspirational and has a fresh feel with large product imagery and a Specification Manual which is laid out in a uniform grid pattern and is full of technical information from drawings, spare parts and drill hole diameters and much more.

This is a very exciting time for us and our customers alike and we are sure these changes will bring positive results for everyone.
