Neff's famous CircoTherm system of fan cooking is the key culinary speciality of both ovens.  Between the two, over 12 cooking functions are provided to cater for all foods and all occasions.  A huge total capacity of 86 litres (58 litres in main & 28 litres in top) is offered by this oven.  

An innovative system of flexible shelving, called FlexiRail is another unique innovation of the U1644. By unplugging the rails, you can actually move the shelves around in both ovens to tailor-make the oven to suit your cooking requirements.  A pair of telescopic rails is also included for even greater flexibility in terms of allowing you to access your cooking more easily.
