Combi Steam SL from V-ZUG encourages healthy eating

The Combi Steam SL from V-ZUG provides health and wellbeing to its user through the function of cooking with steam. This Swiss precision engineered appliance adds a sophisticated and stylish touch to any kitchen.

The Combi Steam SL features a multitude of functions including the Gourmet Steam function featuring nineteen recipes, from spring rolls to pastry encased ice cream, all tailored to attaining the best possible results. This system is exclusive to V-ZUG and all recipes are designed by Michelin starred chef Stefan Meier.

This market leading steam oven also has a food probe and a soft roasting facility which automatically controls the core temperature of the meat.  This ensures that every cut of meat is perfectly cooked, tender and ready to serve. There are also a number of different cooking modes including hot air, PizzaPlus and a professional baking mode for bakery standard bread and pastries.

The Combi Steam SL has ‘A' rated energy efficiency and is available in a Stainless Steel or Black Glass finish.
