The customer service division of BSH Home Appliances has appointed Mr. Steve Clarke as its new UK Service Manager.
In his new role at BSH, Steve Clarke is responsible for the entire field service operation and all back office support for the Bosch, Siemens, Neff and Gaggenau brands in the UK.
Based in Kettering, Northamptonshire at the company's new purpose-built service headquarters, Mr. Clarke reports directly to BSH's Director of Customer Service, Mr. Bernhard Vocke.
Steve Clarke comes to BSH with over 30 years experience of after-sales service in domestic appliances. He joins directly from Electrolux where he was UK Service Manager for over 10 years.
Before Electrolux, he worked his way up to the top of a major Service Agent in Birmingham over a 20 year period, having joined the company straight from school.
At BSH, Steve Clarke is charged with further optimising the work of the after sales operation. "White goods is all I've ever known", confirms Steve Clarke. "After 10 years in the same job, it's time for a fresh challenge and I relish the opportunity of making a difference here at BSH."
