Based at the company's headquarters in Redditch, Tim Smith has been promoted to Managing Director, and Paul Tanner has been appointed as Head of Sales and Marketing.

Previously Operations Director, Tim joined Waterfront in 2005. An engineer by profession, Tim brings a valuable blend of engineering and project management capabilities that have been gathered from a wide variety of industries. He has spent the last three years' building and strengthening the foundations of the company in preparation for future growth.

Paul joins Waterfront with a wealth of experience gained from the bathroom and kitchen industries. "We have a great opportunity at Waterfront to become the leading light within the bathroom industry.
