Wood Wise specialises in the design, manufacture and installation of bespoke kitchen future.  Customers invariably want non-standard cabinets and shelving to meet individual requirements.  Cabinet Vision enables him to download a standard unit and remove all the elements until left with an empty ‘box'. He can then select drawers, runners, enter shelf joints and holes for hinge placement - and automatically determine the correct measurements for each item.

Although each job is individual, the ability to build not only a ‘favourites' menu within Cabinet Vision from often used items, but also libraries of individual cabinet designs, means that construction methods can be defined and saved to be used again.

"Jobs that used to take a week are now completed within one day and because of the safeguards built into the software, it is virtually impossible to make a mistake," says production director Steve Bray.
