Kitchen manufacturer Bernstein Group Holdings has appointed a sales director with thirteen years' experience in the bathroom industry - and a clear focus to support retailers and their businesses in his new role.
Graham Bucktrout, 39, has spent the last eight-and-a-half years working for Jacuzzi UK, latterly as retail sales director - the role he assumes at Lancashire-based BGH, which manufactures the Four Seasons and Lifestyle Kitchens brands.
Graham was attracted to BGH because of the company's investment in people and brand development. He was keen to embrace a new challenge by using his experience in the bathroom sector to turn his hand to the newly created role at BGH, focusing on building the brand and strengthening relationships with retailers.
He said: "I'm passionate about the role between BGH, our distributors and our retailers. My goal is to focus on getting closer to retailers and adding value to their businesses - in terms of products, quality and service. I want them to see us as their friend."
Graham is in charge of a field sales force of four, and is looking to recruit two more members to join his national team.
