The Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association (KBSA) has recently launched a selection of new benefits for its members.
The benefits include access through a web portal to a website where members can obtain discounts on many products and services. These include a 1p saving on a litre of fuel from Esso which is particularly welcome given the fuel duty increase announced in the recent budget. Other significant savings include up to 55% off photocopiers and printers, 15% off all Viking direct products, up to 30% off RAC rescue, 30% off EFG Express furniture range and much more.
Ruth Ward, KBSA sales and marketing director comments: "The KBSA has been making some major changes and improvements over the last twelve months and the new benefits package is an important part of this process. We have also recently launched a new corporate identity along with a new look website, all of which reflects that we are a forward looking organisation with a lot to offer."
"Our membership package is already great value for money with many members able to save hundreds of pounds on their commercial insurance or private healthcare provision. For the first time some of our benefits are also available to employees of the business, offering even more opportunities for members to get more value from their membership."
KBSA in the spotlight at Homebuilding and Renovating
The KBSA participated in a new visitor attraction at the Homebuilding & Renovating Show which was held at the NEC from 10-13 April. The Spotlight on Kitchens and Bathrooms was one of a number of new features designed to provide practical help and guidance for visitors looking to invest in a new home.
KBSA kitchen consultant Alan Stanford was on hand to provide advice at the KBSA branded pod which offered relaxed seating, refreshment areas and a show information point.
"This new format was a great success," says Ruth Ward, KBSA sales and marketing director. "The Spotlight on Kitchens and Bathrooms was well promoted, easy to find and offered a welcome respite from a busy show for visitors wanting to take time out to discuss their kitchen and bathroom installations. The exhibition was also a fantastic opportunity for us to promote the new website and we had a very positive response from many consumers who viewed it. We also carried out an extensive consumer survey and one lucky visitor will win a superb wine cooler worth £900 from KBSA member Neff."
