Debbie Beasley and Barrie Williams will be directly involved in CCS's core business of setting up credit facilities for companies and suppliers in the home improvement market, bringing the number of staff ‘in the field' up to eight thereby extending the company's UK coverage.

CCS, whose customers range from independent retailers through to multi-nationals such as Anglian, Weatherseal, Hammonds, Betta Bedrooms, David Salisbury's and Appeal Conservatory Blinds, has recruited the staff at a time when most of its competitors are cutting back their sales teams.

Andy Wallace, Managing Partner at CCS, considers that the new appointments are central to the company's development. "At CCS, we have always prioritised customer service and feel it is important to have regular, personal contact with our clients. We would rather invest in sending staff out to individual retailers than having fewer people operating a more remote service from a central office," he said.
