Luxurious bathrooms on the up in British homes
Published:  09 May, 2008

For up to the minute bathroom décor, wall-hung sanitaryware is fast becoming popular with the British consumer, thanks to its sleek modern look, the feeling of open space it creates and the fact that it hides unsightly pipework. The finishing touches to a wall-hung bathroom can make all the difference.

Previously, the customer could only choose their flush plate from the range on offer to them, giving them little choice and meaning that they may end up with a flush plate that does not perfectly match the colour or design theme. With Geberit's Sigma50, the customer can now choose the exact material used in their flush plate, thereby ensuring that it fits perfectly into any style of bathroom. The innovative model is the first of its kind and is ideal for those with a creative streak.

Customers receive the metal   frame of the flush plate and the stainless steel finish button, together with a template, in order to make sure the right size and shape of material is fashioned. On taking this template along to their chosen designer, customers can then select and order a specific material for the flush plate, with options limited only by their imagination.
