The industry has mourned the loss of a popular businessman, David Stone, who was Joint Managing Director of The Marflow Group. David passed away on 26th January following a long battle with throat cancer, he was 59 years old.
Paul Fennell, business partner in the Birmingham based company which manufactures and exports bathroom fittings and appliances, said David will be sadly missed by all those who had the pleasure to work with him. "David had a wonderful capacity to make friends, and as he travelled to trade shows around Europe and the US or with British trade missions to the Middle East, India or the Caribbean he would collect people. His attractive personality and gregariousness made him friends wherever he went."
David leaves behind a wife Helen and a son Paul, who works at Marflow as a salesman.
