Generation 5000 ovens come in 60 and 90 cm widths and feature exciting innovations such as Moisture Plus cooking, - combining dry heat steam for excellent baking and roasting results. A host of practical features are available, including telescopic shelf runners, a unique wireless roast probe and pyrolitic cleaning. This new generation of ovens includes models with side opening doors as an option.

The 90 cm wide H 5981 BP flagship oven has a control panel designed as a three-dimensional unit that tilts towards the user. A touch of the finger on the glass panel wakes the oven up with a polyphonic melody; while a strip of LEDs below the control panel comes on to show that it is ready for use. The oven itself is so large it can take three chickens at once on the rotisserie!

For those needing a smaller cooking solution Miele's new range of compact ovens provide all the features of a top of the range oven, but are just 45 cm high without comprising on cooking facilities.

Cooking with steam

Miele has pioneered the use of steam and the latest models further develop the growing market for healthy steam cooking. Generation 5000 steam ovens enable whole menus to be cooked at once whilst remaining amazingly simple to operate. There is a choice of methods: pure steam, steam pressure or the innovative new steam combicooking method using dry heat and steam.

Innovative combiset hobs

One of the most difficult decisions when selecting a new hob is knowing which type of cooking surface to choose. Miele's new range of combiset hobs comprises ten modules, including a brand new salamander that sinks into the worktop when not in use, an induction wok for fast stir frying, gas hobs with an innovative spiral flame pattern for optimum heat distribution and a full range of top quality induction hobs.

Coffee

Miele's new range of coffee machines include models that are plumbed into the water supply, and that have storage containers for both fresh coffee beans and chilled milk to ensure the ultimate in coffee convenience. Simple to operate and maintain these machines are the 'must have' item in any kitchen design.

Fantastic finishes

All Generation 5000 appliances come in a range of stunning finishes such as the newly developed CleanSteel which is impervious to finger prints and smears and can be wiped clean with nothing more than a damp cloth. Miele have also introduced a fabulous new colour, Titanium, to the range. This dark, modern colour, available on selected appliances is designed to look stunning in any setting.
