Trends show that householders today look for at least two bathrooms in their homes, this means that space both upstairs and downstairs is being squeezed to meet requirements. As a result, ranges of sanitaryware are getting smaller and Mayfair Taps and Showers has launched a collection of compact taps to match.
Mayfair has launched the compact taps as additions to 6 of its best selling ranges. The cloakroom monobloc mixers are available in two sizes that allows for an on-deck and freestanding option.
Changes in building regulations mean that a cloakroom is now a legal requirement for all new-build properties, making already compact new build homes even tighter on space to meet all customers' requirements. The casualty of this is that allocated bathroom space gets smaller. Sarah Wharton, Mayfair's Marketing Manager says "Delivering products that meet customers' requirements is an essential part of the Mayfair ethos, the cloakroom taps make smaller basins much easier to use as well as making the tap and basin look in proportion"
