Drawing out the light at PWS
Published:  14 February, 2008

We are all becoming switched on to changing the look and feel of the kitchen at the touch of a button, ensuring there's just the right balance of task and mood lighting. Cue PWS' new range of lighting that features a line-up of the latest innovations, including the pan drawer light which is offered in a fashionable aluminium finish.

As wide drawers are becoming an increasingly popular storage option in modern kitchen design, consumers are looking for in-situ lighting to illuminate the space. Available in 5 sizes between 500mm and 1000m long the light activates automatically as the drawer is opened.  The light is easily installed to the front of the drawer.

Comments Andrew Langford, PWS' Marketing Manager, ‘We regularly update our lighting offer to respond to the growing demand for a wider choice of lighting alternatives for the kitchen.  As the kitchen is becoming a key living area in the home, light is the tool to change the mood from preparation functionality to pure chill-out and relaxation zone, and this is when lighting comes into its own.  There is a growing demand for backlighting glazed wall cupboards, fitting lights into the plinth of the units or installing a shelf light that doubles up as a display area.'
